Cancellation Policy

At Volume Bloom Hair Studio, we’re all about creating the best experience for every one of our clients. To help us keep things running smoothly, here’s a quick rundown of our cancellation policy:

Non-Refundable Deposits

For colour services or special event bookings, we ask for a $100 deposit when you book. This secures your appointment, and it goes toward your final total when you come in!

Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

We totally get that life happens! If you need to make changes to your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This way, we can offer the spot to someone else who’s waiting. Appointments cancelled with less notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

Running Late?

No stress! Just give us a quick call at (03) 9020 3931 to let us know. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we might need to adjust your service or reschedule to avoid disruption to our schedule and keep other clients happy.
